Arizona Driving Record

in use since June 16, 2014.
License Classes– Commercial
Class A – Any combination of vehicles with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds—provided the GVWR of the vehicle(s) being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds (holders of A, B, C, and D license categories)
Class B – Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing a vehicle not in excess of 10,000 pounds GVWR (holders of a B license may also operate all vehicles within the C and D license categories)
Class C –Any single vehicle less than 26,001 pounds GVWR; or any such vehicle towing a vehicle not in excess of 10,000 pounds GVWR; or any such vehicle towing a vehicle which is in excess of 10,000 pounds GVWR—provided the GCWR is less than 26,000 pounds, or is: placarded for hazardous materials; designed to transport sixteen or more persons (including the operator); and to operate a school bus with at least ten passengers (including the operator). Holders of a C license may also operate all vehicles within the D license category. D.
